BBC2 RHS Chelsea Flower Show Coverage

We’ve read the tweets, watched the TV and listened to the radio reports ‘The 2009 Chelsea Flower Show is likely to be remembered as Credit Crunch Chelsea.’ Yes the number of Show Gardens was almost halved, but if you’re anything like us, and my parent who joined us at the show this year, we doubt if you even noticed. As a matter of fact we think the designers were ingenious…

The Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show is one of the UK’s main gardening events of the year where landscapers, florist, designers from around the world demonstrate the latest trends in garden design.

Visitors from all corners of the world travel every year to the grounds of the Royal Hospital in Chelsea, London, include my parents who made there way from Broadway in the Cotswolds in the very early hours of the morning, to see the high quality exhibits on display and ultimately spend a fantastic, memorable day at this famous event.

If you were unable to get to the show this year or simply ran out of time you can view our Rotating Sphere Lounger on the BBC2 website.
