Taking Delivery of Your New Garden Building

From ordering your garden building to taking delivery & instillation, here is everything you need to know

Once your pod has been ordered through our website you will receive an email to confirm your order and when your garden building is expected to arrive.

A dedicated sales operative assigned to your order will contact you within three days of receipt of purchase. This is to confirm component specification for your bespoke building and to arrange delivery. We will deliver your pod direct to your required location and install for free, provided your address is situated on the GB mainland (exclusions apply). Where possible, we will also try to arrange delivery at a time and date that is convenient to you.

Once all necessary checks have been completed and you are happy with your online purchase your dedicated account manager will send written confirmation of your order and installation date.

Your pod order will be sent to the factory and given a build allocation slot. Lead times for factory orders vary from pod to pod and depend on several factors including the build allocation slot, customer demand and the time of year you place your order. As a benchmark, most garden buildings are ready for instillation within three to four weeks, although some deluxe buildings can take longer.

On the date of your building delivery, our installation team will arrive with you in the morning. The pod will be installed within the day.

Once you have checked your garden building and you are 100% happy with your instillation, our fitters will ask you a sign an instillation note.

Once the instillation note has been signed, all that’s left to do is enjoy your brand-new garden building or if it’s a rotating pod – take it for a spin….


You will always be advised of the postage and packaging costs prior to the start of the payment process. Postage and packaging costs depend on the order value, and are as follows:

Order value up to £100.00 (incl VAT)
P&P £6.00 (incl VAT)

All orders of £100.00 (incl VAT) and above receive free shipping

All items are dispatched in highly padded packaging to provide the greatest protection we can offer.

We re-use a lot of our packaging, including all bubble wrap that is used. The majority of packaging that we buy is biodegradable.

We do not believe that packaging should be used once & then thrown away. Please reuse or recycle whatever you can or pass it on to somebody that could make use of it.

Damaged items

If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item then please notify us immediately of the problem via an email to sales@ornategarden.com. We can then organise a replacement or refund to be sent to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at Ornate Garden we are committed to giving the best customer service possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we will gladly issue a credit or make an exchange when a request for a return is made within 7 days of receipt. The item and packaging must, however, be received by us in a 100% brand new, resalable condition

Delivery Time

The great thing about shopping at Ornate Garden is that most accessory products are available from our warehouse for delivery within 7 days (but please allow up to 14 days).

Delivery periods may fluctuate; we will make every effort to complete the delivery of your order as quickly as production permits.
